Bright & Beautiful Daycare
Our Center is a non-profit center owned, located and operated by Union Grove United Methodist Church. Church members receive a 10% discount on tuition!!! Bright & Beautiful School Age Program and Childcare Center are both state licensed centers. We also participate in the State of Wisconsin’s Young Star rating program.
Portfolios will be maintained for each child at our Centers. A portfolio will begin at the time your child(ren) is enrolled and will follow them throughout their journey with Bright & Beautiful. These are active and ongoing progress measurement tools to monitor your child(ren)’s development and progress.

We would like to stress to you that your input is critical to us in maintaining a high quality program. Bright and Beautiful has an “open door policy” which means that if you ever have any questions, concerns or suggestions, feel free to stop in or call the office. Once your child is enrolled at our center, please feel free to visit or check on your child whenever you would like. No phone call is necessary because we welcome you at any time.
Bright and Beautiful Christian Child Care Center is open to all children between the ages of 6 weeks through to 12 years of age. We do not discriminate against race, color, creed, nationality, handicap, and/or religion. All are welcome!
Mission
Serving children and their families since 1974, it is the Union Grove Methodist Church’s commitment to continue providing a safe and vibrant environment where children can grow intellectually, emotionally, physically, socially, spiritually, and provide a program which is based on Christian principles.
Our Philosophy
Our staff is composed of skilled and caring individuals. The center focuses on the child as a whole. We believe that a child learns best by doing; the child is considered an active participant in his or her own development. Children are unique and we encourage development in their individual personality through structured activities and play. Playing is encouraged as children learn the rules of society, develop-test-revise their own theories about the world around them and problem solve.
Each child is also a member of God’s family and we strive to allow for spiritual growth for each child. Our approach is a problem solving one and early concepts (social and academic) are provided to your child at various teaching centers within the classroom. The centers are child-orientated (and differentiated for your individual child’s needs) as much as possible. In this we guarantee that each child is stimulated at his or her own learning level. We use predominately manipulative materials so that children are “hands on” in the thinking and learning process.
Through partnerships of the parents, teachers and children, we are committed to reach the following objectives.
Early literacy and early math skills to provide the foundation for a love of lifelong learning

- Attitudes of social cooperation and moral responsibility

Child Care Rates
Dear Parents,
Providing the care you expect for your children is our priority at Bright & Beautiful Child Care Center. Keeping that day care affordable is also important. However, the cost of providing the quality day care has risen in almost every aspect. We continue providing the highest quality day care we pride ourselves in, and strive to keep operating costs at a minimum. Our rates are listed below. Full time rates are for up to 45 hours per week. Hours over 45 per week will be billed at the hourly rate.

Day Care Rates:
- 10% off tuition for church members
- Hot Lunch Program offered throughout school year. Taher Incorporated (used also by Union Grove High School) caters our lunches. Cost of lunch is $2.95 daily
- There is a ten hour per week, per child, minimum charge.
- Full time hours over 45 per week are billed at the hourly rate
B&B Staff & Board of Directors
Our professional staff is carefully selected through a detailed hiring process. We screen, interview, criminal background check and ensure the educational backgrounds of all of our staff members. Our staff fulfills all continuing education requirements. We value family relationships and are a support system to your child and family. Our goal is to maintain strong home to connections Our Union Grove Day Care / Child Care Center has a security system in place to ensure at all times the safety of your children, which is our priority.
